What’s In A Name?

As you would expect, we talk about easels all the time on this website. However not everybody immediately thinks of the word “easel” when considering how to display something.

People use many different terms in the search engines. Some we have come across are:

• frames
• display stands
• platforms
• plinths (although easels are not plinths)
• stand
• partition
• hanging wall
• canvas
• various uses for easel such as wedding easel, conference easel
• and various types of easel such as childrens easel, artist easel

 We hope they find us even if they use different words that we do.
