Easel mast designed for large paintings
Developed to display a large painting that was entered to the Archibald Prize, the extra height mast for the tall double sided easel takes the top of the easel from 1800mm up to 2700mm high.

The top of the mast is 2700mm high, which is an extra 300mm higher than modern ceilings. The mast is designed to increase the size of pictures that can be displayed. Our tall double sided easel with extra height mast is ideal for large paintings.
Top bracket to secure painting to easel
The next photo shows a slightly more close-up view of the shelf the painting sits on (600mm wide – the same as our standard easels). The top bracket used to secure the top of the painting to the mast.

With the extra height mast fitted to the tall double sided easel, we would normally expect just the large painting to be displayed (using only one side of the easel). However it would still be possible to display a painting on the other side, keeping in mind to avoid contacting the other painting.
